Washington, Pa., September 21, 1949
Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs.
Pettit, Lane and Lowstuter.
Motion duly made and seconded that the following Resolution be adopted:
R L S 2 G U T I 2 A
Be it resolved by the County Commissioners of Washington
County, that the plans submitted by the Department of Highways
for the changing of State Highway Route 62014, Section 3,
Nottingham Township, between stations 357400 and 441{16.02, have
been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County
will assume liability for any and all property damages resulting
from the construction of the highway as contemplated by these
plans, and also all damages arising out of any change or altera-
tion of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance
of the highway.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meet-
ing adjourned.

Registration Commission.
Motion duly made and seconded that the following polling places be designated
as follows; petitions for said changes having been ding presented to the Board prior to ten
days before the Election and notices of the contemplated changes posted as required by law:

To: Community Room, Housing Project
Rental: From $18.00 to $5.00 (Janitor)
