In accordance with the aforementioned advertisement, the following bids were opened: REA COAL COMPANY William Clark, Owner Hickory, Pa. In accordance with the advertisement of the County Controller, inviting props for furnishing coal to heat the Court House and County Jail at Washington, Pennsylvania, and having examined the attached specifications and understanding the same, I (or We) submit the following bids: $ 6.0_ 0_. per ton including delivery 5.50 per ton without delivery, Certified check in the amount of $500.00 is herewith enclosed.
