LOWSTUTER. COMMISSIONERS described as N R House & Garage, Lot, Allen Addition; said tau being a duplicate payment of $25.77 paid on the same property by the First Federal Savings and Loan Association. The Tau Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said voucher for the refund of this duplicate payment. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that J. Moore and Edna Stewart, Hickory, Pa., be refunded $.91 on 1949 County Tax paid on July 26, 1949, on property described as Lot #6, Hays and Simpson Plan; said tax being a duplicate payment of $.95 paid at face by James H. and Agnes C. McCormick (present owners) on August 5, 1949. The Tax Claim Bureau is authorised to prepare said voucher for the refund of this duplicate payment. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that Joseph F. & Katherine T. Mosier, Box #95, Wolfdale, Pa., be refunded $7.22 on 1949 County Tax paid on June 21, 1949, on property describd4 as House.. Lots 160 & 161, 12 Woodland Park; said tax being a duplicate payment of $7.60 paid at face by Adam & Cecelia Janowski (present owners) on August 8, 1949. The Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said voucher for the refund of this duplicate payment. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meet- ing adjourned. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to approvo the following Delinquent Tax Exonerations made by the County Oommissioners in the various Districts of Washington County for the year 1948: General Fund Personal Property --All Districts $ 703.30 Personal Property --East Bethlehem 37.87 Real Estate 12698.97 Occupation 258987.25 28,427.39 Motion carried.
