Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs.
Pettit, Lane and Lowstuter.
Motion dully made and seconded that the resignation of George Chipps, Machine
Operator in the Office of the Board for the Assessment and Revision of Taxes, be accepted;
this action being retroactive to November 16, 1949.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the
meeting adjourned.

Motion duly made and seconded that Eugene L. Miller, an employee of the Tax
Claim Bureau, be put on full-time employment, effective December 111, 1949.
Motion carried.
