Board of County Commissioners in special session with the following members
being presents Commissioners Pettit and Lane.
Notion duly made and seconded that the County of Washington include in the con-
tract of the COLUMBU5 WOOD PRESERVING COMPANY of July 22, 1949, for the furnishing of treated
lumber, the additional sum of $128.33 covering payment of additional 1.IU thousand board feet
of lumber delivered to the Bridge Department with this shipment.
Notion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meet-
ing adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session with the following members
being presents Commissioners Pettit, Lane and Lowstuter.
Notion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer is hereby directed to
cancel County Treasurer's tax sale #561 of 1922 for the non-payment of 1919 and 1920 County,
School and Road taxes on property assessed to Andy Stoch, situate in Smith Township, described
as:- Lisn6d in 1919 as House and Lot #30, liened in 1920 as Lot #30 Dunbar, inasmuch as, this
property was erroneously assessed to A=V Stoch, the County Treasurer having sold this same
property on July 2, 1918, in the name of Peter Aclovich (Peter Yaklevich) to Jacob Lantosh.
The Tax Claim Bureau, the Office of the Prothonotary, the Assessment Office and the Treasurer
hereby directed to mark their records accordingly.

Notion duly made and seconded that the following Resolution be adopteds
Be it resolved by the County Commissioners of Washington
County, that the plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the
changing of State Highway Route 63032, Bridge #4, between stations 396
-50.00 and 400-74.62, and between stations 6-99.90 and 11-50.00, and
State Highway Route 62024, between stations /+-79.00 and 6-99.90, in Not-
tingham Township, have been examined and the County Commissioners agree
that the County will assume liability for any and all property damages
resulting from the construction of the highways as contemplated by these
plans, also an damages arising out of any, change or alteration of drainage
resulting from the construction or maintenance of the highways.

Notion duly made and seconded that the resolutions pertaining to privale sale of
property for tspald County,. School and Road taxes be adopted. (See Ro"lution Nos. 31, 32, 33,
34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 409 419 42, 43, 44 and 45 of the Tax Claim Bureau Minutes.)
