Washington, Pa., April 24, 1950
Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs.
Pettit and Lane.
Motion duly made and seconded that the following Resolution be adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of Washington County that the plans
submitted by the Pennsylvania Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway Route
62011, Bridges Nos. 1 and 2, from Station 57 plus 00 to Station 74 plus 80 th Morris Township,
Washington County, have been examined by the County Commissioners and they agree that Washingto
County will not assume liability for any property damages resulting from the construction of
the above named highway as contemplated by these plans, or any damages arising out of any chang
or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the highway: or any
damages resulting to any property or holdings of any Public Utility C ; nor will the Count
assume any damages resulting to any coal or other minerals in and underlying the property
affected by this improvement; but that Washington County will contribute the sum of One thousan
($1000.00) Dollars toward the payment of property damages.
Motion carried.

Registration Commission.
Motion duly made and seconded that the following polling places be designated an
follows; petitions for said changes having been duly presented to the Board prior to tea days
before the Election and notieas of the contemplated changes posted as required by laws
