Motion duly iiLd4"`bnd seconded that a refund voucher in the amount of $5.70 be ?payable to Alex Vargo, best Pike Street Extension, R. D. 1, Canonsburg, Pa., on property des- cribed as 3 Lots, Nos. 9, lo, n.. Glencove, Block 1, West Pike Street Extension, situate in the !Borough of Canonsburg, 2nd Ward; said payment being a duplicate payment of the one paid on June j281, 19492 in the amount of $5.42 (net). The Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said voucher for the refund of this duplicate payment. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that a refund voucher in the amount of $8.85 be made payable to The First Federal Savings and Loan Association, Waynesburg, Pa., on property assessed to Charles and Emma C. Haschets, R. D. I.,Coal Center, Pa., described as 8 Room House, , 3 Acres Land, 39 Howe Street, situate in the Borough of Long Branch; said payment being a dupli- cats payment of the one paid on the same date, August 1, 1949, in the same amount of $8.85. 1 The Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said voucher for the refund of this duplicate pay-1 cent. j Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that a refund voucher in the amount of $4.75 be made payable to Mrs. Conwell Dague, North Main Street, Houston, Pa., on property assessed to Vincent Welch and Conwell Dague, Houston, Pa., described as pt lot 7 blk 10, v lot gain Street, adj. C. B. Dague, and situate in the Borough of Houston; said payment being a duplicate payment of the one paid on July 27, 1949. The Tax Claim Bureau is authorised to prepare said voucher :4 the refund of this duplicate payment. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meet - ing adjourned.
