I. The double faced case shall contain space for 98 dockets, 49 dockets on each 2. Shelves shall be of roller type with bronze rollers. 3. The dimension of the shelves shall be 19 3/,1611 x 4 3/4" x 13 1/211 and each shelf shall be adjustable. 4. Each side of the case shall contain seven sections with room for seven docl in each section. 5. The top shall contain a continuous green linoleum with bronze trim. 6. LOWSTUTER, COMMISSIONERS Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to adver- tise for seven (?) smoke plates for the Donora-Webster Bridge in behalf of the Washington Coun ;Commissioners and the Westmoreland County Commissioners, and that Carl J. Jacobsen, Engineer., be (requested to prepare the plans and specifications for said Plates. z Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Lowstuter, that a letter be sent to the (President of the Washington County Bar Association requesting the approval or the disapproval Hof using Photographic Equipment in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for the purpose of 4recording Deeds, Mortgages, Agreements., Leases, Soldiers Discharges, etc. i Motion carried. , Motion by Mr. Lane., seconded by Mr. Lowstuter., that the County of Washington I i !ratify and sign the Cooperation Agreement with the Washington County Housing Authority relative to the Donora Borough Housing Project. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that a refund voucher in the amount of $9.55 (paid ;at face on August A. 1950) be made payable to Louise Tomi.lson, Nelson Street, Monongahela., Pa..,' on property described as Frame House., Con Blk Garage, Lot 3, 17 nelson Plan and situate in the City of Monongahela., lst Ward; said payment being a duplicate payment of one paid on July ?., 11950, in the amount of $9.08 (net). The Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said voucher f for the refund of this duplicate payment. ' Motion carried. I 3 � Motion duly made and seconded that a refund voucher in the amount of $1.82 (paid on July 20., 1954) be made payable to Mrs. Anne Verbich,, 812 Walnut Street, Donea , Ps „ for a ;duplication of Occupation Tax paid on the same date, which was included in bar -total assessment in the amount of $22.5?• The statements for $1.82 were sent to her in error, therefore, the this duplicate yment.1 b ;Tan Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said voucher for the refund of up Motion carried. 3 ? Motion duly made and seconded that a refund voucher in the amount of $.91 (paid,_t i at net on July 21., 1950) be made payable to Robert Hohowski, Jr., 305 Philadelphia Place., Canon-1 isburg., Pa., on property described as Lot #8., Park Row, and situate in the Borough of Canonsburg. iMr. Hohowski was assessed for Lot #8, Park Row., which is an error as this is a duplication of f another assessment, whereby, his lot is known as Lot #8, Philadelphia Place which was adjusted I by tax adjustment #3024. Therefore., the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said voucher ;for the refund of this incorrect payment. i Motion carried. 3 j Motion duly made and seconded that a refund voucher 3.n the amount of $1.82 be ma payable ble to Michael and Mary Prebeg., Boa #206, Bulger, Pa.., who paid on June 28.,.$3.17 on their 1950 tax statement. This statement was adjusted by adjustment #3AW, and the occupation iwas taken off., due to the fact that they are not residents of Smith Township, necessiuting a 6 jdifference in tax of $1.82. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said voucher for the refund of this overpaymmt. Motion carried. F H
