LOWSTUTER, COMMISSIONERS u Motion duly made and seconded that the 1935, 1936, 19372 1938 and 1947 County Taxes amounting to $58.25 plus penalties.. interests and costs, be exonerated against the properi assessed in the name of C. F. Greenlee, Last Bethlehem Township, on property described as House and 2 acres. The reason for this exoneration is that Mr. C. F. Greenlee is deceased and his widow has no means of income and is on Public Assistance. This exoneration is in accordance with similar action taken by the School Board of East Bethlehem Township and the EAst Bethlehem Township Commissioners. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meet- ing adjourned. Motion duly made and seconded that the contract for the furnishing and installing of One (1) Double Faced Docket Case for use in the Prothonotary:s Office be awarded to the MONONGAHELA PUBLISHING COMPANr, Monongahela, Pa., for the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety -Three ( 893.00); this being the lowest and best bid received. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that all Offices in the Court House, effective 71unda7, September 21., 1950, open at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time., and close at 4.00 p.m., pastern Standard Time.
