Pettit, Lane and Low+stutov. • •• duly made andseconded that the following be i b t R I BE IT RESOLVED by the County Coomissioners of Washingtop County that the plans submitted by the Pennsylvania Department of Highways for the obanging of State Highway Route 62203 from Station 21 plus 13 to Station 58 plus-00 in Chartiers Township, Washington County, have been examined and they agree that Washington County will assumme responsibility feat proper damages resulting from the construction of the above named highway as coateniplated by these plans; but that Washington County will not assume liability for aiW property damages resulting to any property or holdings of amy Public utility Caqpany due to this construction, nor will the County assure amr damages resulting to a coal or ®,her minerals inand underlying the proper* affected by this improvement.
