! The County Commissioners met in special session for the purpose of warding the

I oontract for the furnishing and installing of Smoke Plates under the Donom-Webster Bridge.
With all Commissioners being present, namely:- Messrs. Pettit, Lane and Lowstuter, the followbm
action was made unanimous:
Notion duly made and seconded that the contract for the furnishing and install-

'ing of Smoke Plates under the Doncra-Webster Bridge, be avarded to Jay C. Speaker, Pittsburgh,
i
Pa., for the sun of $6450.00; this bid being the lowest of two bids submitted. Said action
i �
I was taken in conjunction and agreement with similar action taken by the Westmoreland County
jBoard of Commissioners at their meeting held on Friday, September 29, 1950, in Greensburg, Pa.,
iat which time the bids submitted for this work were opened.

There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meet-
ing adjourned.
