Washington County Institution District and the Washington County Housing Authority, dated June
26, 1950. Present for the meeting were Commissioners Pettit, ?Wane and Lowstuter.
The following resolution was introduced by Mr. Pettit, read in fell. and
WHEREAS, Washington County and Washington County Institution District at its
meeting of dune 262 19509 by motionn authorized the execution of a Cooperation Agreement with
Washington County, Housing Authority relative to the East Bethlehem Township Project; and
WHEREAS,, a Cooperation Agreelmmt was entered into by the said County and County
Institution District and said Housing Authority; and
WHEREAS.. at the meeting of dune 26, 195o, the said County and County Institution
District adopted a motion to "ratify and sign the Cooperation Agreement with the Washington
County Housing Authority relative to the East Bethlehem Township Rowing Project*; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement as executed has been examined and considered by said
County and County Institution District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Washington County and Washington Comity
Institution District that the Cooperation Agreement dated dune 26, 1950, between the Washington]
County Housing Authority and the Washington County and Washington County Institution District
providing for services and facilities to be furnished to a project of seventy (70) dwelling
units to be developed in East Bethlehem Township and for payment in lieu of taxes by the said
Authority., is hereby ratified, confirmed and approved as executed.
Mr. Lane moved that the foregoing resolution be adopted as introduced and read,
which motion was seconded by Mr. Lowstuter. Upon roll call those voting MAyem as follows:
Commissioners Pettit, Lane and Lowstuter.
There being no further business to cone before the Board at this time, the meet-1

Motion duly made and seconded that the following polling places be designated
as follows; petitions for said changes having been duly presented to the Board prior to ten
days before the Election and notices of the contemplated changes posted as required by law:

Rental: From $15.00 to No Charge
Notion duly made and seconded, that a refund voucher in the amount of $9.03 (paid
on August 1, 1950 at net) be made payable to the First Federal Savings and Lean Association.,
