Street, McDonald., Pa., described as 2 story frame house, pt lots 353-354, 57 rB 71.3 P 518 Ara-
bella Street and situate in the Borough of McDonald; said payment being a duplicate payment of
one paid by Mr. Williamson on August 1, 1950, :in the amount of $9.03 (net). Therefore, the Tax
Claim Bureau is authorized to preWe said voucher for the refund of this duplicate payment.

Motion duly made and seconded that a refund voucher in the amount of $1.81 (paid
on June 28, 1950) be made payable to The Knights Life Insurance Company, Pittsburgh 12, Pa., on
property assessed in the name of Charles and Alice Degolyer, L,60 Michigan Street, Washington..
! Pa., described as Lot /.6, Mapleviex Plan and situate in South Strabane Township; this payment
being a duplicate payment of one paid on August 1, 1950, which was included in the amount of
$8.58 paid on frame house and lot 1+6. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare(
i said voucher for the refund of this duplicate payment.

ing adjourned.

Motion duly made and seconded that a refund voucher in the amount of $.91 be
made payable to Francesca S. geltri, 1206 Summerlea Avenue, Washington, Pa., on property des-
cribed as Lot 6, Vankirk Plan 59, and situate in South Franklin Township; this payment being
paid on July 31, 1950, and being a duplicate payment of one paid on July 13, 1950. Therefore,
the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said voucher for the refund of this duplicate j
