Notion duly made and seconded that a refund voucher in the amount of $28.57
(County Tax paid at net on Ju3,v 19, 1950) be made payable to Harry J. Ashcraft, 1+00 Meade Stre
Monongahela., Pa., on property described as Frame House -Gar., Pt Lt 155 W S, 400 Meade St-Lockh
Pl., and situate in the Third Ward, City of Monongahela; this payment being a duplicate payment
of one paid on July 15, 1950, by HOLC. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau: is authorized to prep&
said voucher for the refund of this duplicate payment.
Motion carried.
Notion duly made and seconded that a refund voucher in the amount of $8.12 be
made payable to Mary D. MacFarland, 513 Fifth Street, Charleroi, Pa., who was assessed a total
valuation of $1800. on 3 acres of surface, inhere in reality she owns * interest in said three
acres, which gives a valuation of $900. Mary D. MacFarland paid on July 13, 1950, $16.25j,
therefore the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said voucher for the refund of this or,
payment.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to cane before the Board at this time, the meet-
ing adjourned.
