Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer is hereby directed to cancel the Treasurer's Tax Sale of April 25, 191+0, for the non-payment of the 1931 County,, School and Road taxes plus sale costs, covering property assessed to M, J. Stollar Estate and described as 2/5 interest of John B. Stollar in 20 Acres surface adjoining W. H. Ely and J. B. Stollar and J. Stoner and situate in East Finley, inasmuch as this property was redeemed under Act 17 by making a 3/5 payment. Said redemption became in default but the assessment records did not list the property as County owned and therefore it was currently assessed and taxes paid for all years with the exception of the balance due for the year of 1931 and the year of 1937. (These two years are being paid herewith). There has also been an 0. C. proceedings at #31, August Term, 1947, 0. C. The Assessment Office, the Office of the Prothonotary and the Tax Claim Bureau are hereby directed to mark their records accordingly. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer is hereby directed to cancel Treasurer's Sale of April 3, 1941+, for non-payment of 1938 County delinquent taxes plus sale costs covering a property described as house and lot Meadow Plan, assessed in the name of Morris Crispen, inasmuch as, this is an incorrect assessment as Morris Crispen never owned a house and lot in the Meadow Plan. The Tax Claim Bureau, the Office of the Prothonotary and the Assessment Office are hereby directed to mark their records accordingly. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the Board for the Assessment and Revision of Taxes be authorized to prepare vouchers for refund of 1949 and 1950 County Taxes (as per Assess- ment Schedule attached) in favor of the Climax Molybdenum Company, Smith Township, by reason of an erroneous assessment for the year 191+9 on the "D" Plate of the assessment to the said Company of #30 A Surface, $1500" which should have been 015.602 A Surface, $620", thereby making the is of refund for the year 191+9 in the amount of $880; likewise, for the year 19.50, the said Company paid on 1130 A Surface, $1500", carried an the "D" Plate, this being a duplication with 15.602 Ages Surface carried on the "E" Plate for the same year; also for the year 1950, the Climax Molybdenum CompamV paid on an assessment of 43.5 A Surface, $2175s, carried on the "F" Plate, whereas, said assessment should have been "36 A Surface, $180011, thus having paid an an over assessment on the "F" Plate of $37% this amount, plus the $1500 duplicate assessment on the "D" Plate, making the total basis for refund $3.875 for the year 1950; the assessment records for the years 191,9 and 1950 to be corrected to reflect the proper assessments upon which taxes have been paid by the said Climax Molybdenum Cmpany. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer is hereby directed to the County Treasurer's Tax Sale of April 3, 1914, for non-payment of 1938 City and County axes liened in the name of Antonio Inserra for "Vacant Lot 73, Harrison Place Plan, Lincoln trret, Monongahela, third Ward, Washington County, Pennsylvania." The lien was wrong slog was no Lot 73 assessed to Antonio Inserra for 1938 in said district. Said Lot 73
