O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS NO. 138 Office of the County Commissioners � I Washington, Pa., January 14, 1946 I j Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Mr. Cummins, Mr. Pettit and Mr. Lowstuter. � Minute No. 137 read and approved. j Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to abate penalty 1 � and interest on 1945 County Tax assessed against lots owned by Agnes Giles, in East Bethlehem ! } Township, concurring in action of East Bethlehem School District and East Bethlehem Township as set forth in letter of John J. Moschetta, Solicitor, dated January 3, 1946. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that an Agreement be executed between Washington County I iR i and Allegheny County Workhouse and Inebriate Asylum for the six months period beginning II January 1, 1946, and terminating six months from that date, whereby the rate of maintenance for each prisoner at that institution is fixed at 900 per day, with the additional allowance of the sum of $1.50 for transportation of each discharged prisoner to the County Seat. Motion carried. F I There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was j adjourned.
