OINEIL, COMMISSIONERS NO. 144 Office of the County Commissioners Washington., Pa., February 11., 1946 Board of County Commissioners in regular session., those present being Mr. Cummins, Mr, Petit and Mr. Lowstuter. Motion duly made and seconded that Colin Swingle., honorably discharged from the armed forces of the United States., be re-employed in the Court House in the capacity of Assistant Engineerl replacing Harry Richards., effective February 1., 1946, and covering the period from that date to the first Monday in January., 1947, with the proviso that he may be dismissed upon thirty days' notice. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time., the meeting was adjourned. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to abate penalty iI and interest on 1930 County Tax assessed against Angelo Nicola., covering a house and -lot in Cecil Township., and liened in the Prothonotary's Office at No. 1400 February Term., 1932, MID., concurring is in resolutions duly passed by Cecil Township School Board and Board of Supervisors.
