Minute No. 155 read and approved. Motion duly made and seconded that Martin S. Yoders, of Buffalo, Pa., be appointed as Tag Collector in Hopewell Township, - to fill-- the vacancy caused by the resignation of C. H. Dunkle, regularly elected Tax Collector therein, a petition requesting such appointment having been presented to the Board by the residents of said township. Motion carried. There being no further business,to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was adjourned. OtBrien, 803 Allison i Ave., Washington, Pa., in the amount of $55.63, covering Personal -Property Tax for the years i 1943 and 1944 on 150 shares Texas Co. and 20 shares Continental -Can., non-taxable stocks inadvertently included in her return -for the said years and tax paid on same to the County. I Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that refund -be made to Friendship Motor Co., I 761 Meldon Ave., Donora, Pa., in the amount of $4.43, covering Personal. Property Tag for the years 1943, 1944 and 1945 on 3820 shares Duquesne Mining Co., non—taxable stocks inadvertently included in their return for the said years and tax paid on same to the County. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that refund be made to George Ferrier, 71 Kenric Ave., i { Donora, Pa., in the amount of $8.80, covering Personal. Property Tax for the years 1943, 1944 4 and 1945 on 8,000 shares Duquesne Mining Co., and 4,000 shares Duquesne Mining Co. in 1943, non-taxable stocks inadvertently included in his return for the said years and tax paid on I j same to the County.
