Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Mr. Cummins,
Mr. Pettit and Mr. Lowstuter.
Minute No. 176 read and approved.
Controller Harvey Stuart called into the meeting for the purpose of opening bids
received in accordance with advertisement of the County Controller for the repair and painting
of the Court House domes and statues.
I In accordance therewith, the following bid, being the only one received, was opened
and reads
RALPH L. FRANKS, 705 Ninth Ave., Beaver Falls, Pa.
In accordance with -the advertisement of the County Controller inviting proposals for
the repair and painting of the Court House domes and statues, having examined the attached
specifications and understanding the same, I (or We) propose to perform this work in accordance
I therewith for the sum of:
� 790.00
j A certified check in the sum of $100.00 is herewith enclosed.
Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Lowstuter, that the above bid be accepted and
{ contract awarded in accordance therewith.

Motion carried.
Controller Stuart excused from the meeting at this time.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
