Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Mr. Cummins.,

f Mr. Pettit and Mr. Lowstuter.
Minute No. 187 read and approved.

Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Muter, that Steve Shook, Chief Registrar and j
Inspector of Registrations3n the Registration Office, and Frank-Mankey's Mechania at the County
Garage, be discharged from said positlonss effective at the close of the current pay period,
to -grit: September 15s 1946.

Motion carried, with Mr. Cummins and Mr. Lowstuter voting "Aye", Mr. Pettit "No".
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Lowstuter, that Gino Amanati be promoted to
Chief Registrar and Inspector of Registrations in the Registration Office.for the year 1946s

effective September 16, 1946s and covering the period from that date to the first Monday in
January, 1947.

Motion carried, with Mr. Cummins and Mr. Lowstuter voting "Aye"s Mr. Pettit "No". �
The Chief Registrar is hereby instructed to rake natation of the foregoing action on j
the Minutes of the Registration Commission.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this -times the meeting was

adjourned.

Deputy Controller Dentel called into the meeting for the purpose of opening bids received'
in accordance with advertisement of the County Controller for the construction of Gabby Bridge,
Chartiers Creek #64s North Franklin Township, Glass Bridge, Millers -Run #10, Cecil Townships and
I Huffman Bridge, Pigeon Creek #21, Somerset Township.
In accordance therewith, the following bids were opened and reads
