j Motion duly made and seconded that the Board for the Assessment and Revision of Taxes
j be authorized to make refund in the amount of $1.30 in_favor_of Raymond Todd, 302 Shady Avenue,
! Charleroi, Pa., and also in favor of Margaret Todd, of the same address, in the amount of $1.30.9
covering County Occupation Tax for the gears 1945 and 1946, paid in error, that is, paid as
separate Occupation Tax --and also with property tax in the Borough of Charleroi as indicated by
receipts issued by the County Treasurer for the said years.
Motion carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that the Board for the Assessment and Revision of Taxes
be authorized to refund to Charles E. Hackney a portion of the 1946 County Tax paid on Coal in
i
West Finley Township, paid on a valuation of 412,3 acres of coal, whereas he actually arms only
3875 acres of coal, making necessary a refund on the 238 acres of coal paid in excess. The
amount to be refunded, figured at a discount inasmuch as his tax was so paid, General fund
11.87, Institution $3.40.

! Motion Carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that the -Board for the -Assessment and Revision of Taxes
be authorized to refund to John and Simona Tusoch, of Canonsburg.. Pa., duplicate payment of their
3 Occupation Tax, paid in the Third Ward of Canonsburg, inasmuch as their Occupation Tax was
rightfully paid with their other property assessment in the Second- Ward of- -Canonsburg. The
amount to be refunded (figured at a discount), General -Fund 1.00, Institution .29.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting,
I was adjourned.
