Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Mr. Cummins,
Mr. Pettit and Mr. Lowstuter.
Minute No. 196 read, corrected, and approved to read as followsa "that the rate of pay
for maintenance of each person in the Detention Home be increased from_60 cents to 75 cents per
day, effective October 1, 1946."
Minute No. 197 read and approved.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to make the
following transfers in appropriation accounts:
