Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Mr. Cummins,
Mr. Pettit and dr. Lowstuter.
Minute No. 266 read and approved.
Deputy Controller Lentel called into the meeting for the purpose of opening bids
Ireceived in accordance with advertisement of the County Controller for furnishing and delivering

japproximately 30,000 board feet of Rough Sawed White.Oak Lumber for the repair and maintenance
of various bridges in Washington County.
In accordance therewith, the following bids were opened and reads

seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the bid of E.
L. Mc Cormick
in the sum of $2316.21, as set forth above,
be approved and accepted,
it being the lowest and best
bid
received.
Lotion carried, with the Controller authorised to return the certified check of
the unsuccessful bidder.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the
meeting was adjourned.
