be authorized to prepare voucher for refund of the sum of $4.05 in favor of Frank 5tievenart,
Midway, Pa., as per tax receipts on file, representing payment of 1943, 1944.9 1945 County Taxes
on "Vacant Lot adj. 36 W. Side Tenau St., Burgettstown, Pa.*, inasmuch as this assessment was a

made payable to said organization, being the amount appropriated for use of said organisation
j in the 1947 County Budget, and check mailed to Henry Neill, Secretary -Treasurer, Box 83,

Deputy Controller Dentel called into the meeting for the purpose of opening bids
received in accordance with advertisement of the County Controller for furnishing and delivering
coal for heating the Court House and Jail for the 1947-1948 season.

House and Jail, Washington, Pennsylvania, for the 1947-41 heating season and in accordance with
the specifications, we are submitting analysis for Stove coal -and also enclose a certified check
in the amount of $500,00 to guarantee execution of contract.
