Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Mr. Cummins.,
Mr. Pettit and Mr. Lowstuter.
Minute No. 277 read and approved.
Motion duly made and seconded that the Solicitor be authorized to prepare an agreement
between Washington County and Anthony Cindrich, of Cross Creek Township, for the sale of reddog
from property of Washington County, formerly owned by Duquesne Mining Company, situate in
Independence Township, for the sum of 100 per ton; this agreement to be subject to cancellation by
either party upon one monthis notice, or by the County immediately upon sale of the Duquesne Mine
property
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was

Deputy Controller Aentel called into the meeting for the purpose of opening bids received
in accordance with advertisement of the County Controller for the furnishing and delivery of ballots
and election supplies for the conduct of the Municipal Election to be held November 4, 1947.
