Board of County Commissioners in regular session, specially called,_ those present ;
being Mr. Gamins, Mr. Pettit and Mr. Loxstuter.
Motion dully made and seconded that the rate of pay to each member of the various Election
Boards at the Primary., May 21, 1946, for counting and making return of the ballots cast in the Special.
Senatorial Election, be fixed at 500 per 100 ballots, or fractional part thereof.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was I

Public Liability coverage, limits 15,000.00 to 300,000.00, on Washington County Institution i

District properties.
Motion carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that the following persons -be named as Assistants to the
Official Return Board to compute the votes cast at the Primary and Special Election to be held
May 21, 1946:
