Motion duly made and seconded that the polling place in the Borough of Ellsworth be !designated as "Borough Bniiding, formerly known as the Grade School Building#, petition for I !said change having been duly presented to the Board prior to ten days before the Election and ,notices of contemplated change posted as required by law. Motion carried. ! Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be autborized to abate penalty Viand interest on all delinquent County Taxes assessed against Mike Tatko_in the- Borough of West :Brownsville on property described as "House and Lot, Woodlan Ave. adj. Henry Ford", concurring in action of West Brownsville Borough School District under date of October 8, 1946, and Borough of West Brownsville under date of October 14, 1946. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the rate of pay for maintenance of each child in the ;Detention Home be increased from 60 cents to 75 cents per day, effective -October 1, 1946. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorised to advertise +for proposals for furnishing and delivering coal for heating the Court House and Jail. Motion carried.
