Minute No. 213 read and approved.
Motion duly made and seconded that Louis L. Comer, of Washington.. Pa., be reappointed
as a member of the Washington County Housing Authority for a term of five years, effective
!January 7, 1947.
i Motion carried, with the Chief Clerk instructed to certify.thi.s_action of the Board
to the Federal Public Housing Authority, New York City, to the State -Board of Housing,
Harrisburg, Pa.,, and to the Washington -County Housing-Authorlty..Washington, Pa., as well as

'to notify Mr. Comer, by letters of his reappointment -to the -said Washington County Housing
�Authority.

Notion duly made and seconded that,, since an appeal -has already been taken by the Hecla
Coal & Coke Company in the matter of "Petition for leave to sell- Superior Mining Co. property
(free and clear of all liens", at No. 94 August Term, 1948, and zince the County is already a party

;to the appeal., in order to fully protect the rights of the County therein,. the County Solicitor
The authorized to take an appeal on behalf of the County as a -party to said proceeding.
