NO. 258 office of the County Commissioners Washington., Pa.., June 30., 1947 Board of County Commissioners in regular session,, those present being Mr. Cummins., Mr. Pettit and Mr, Lowstuter, Minute No. 257 read and approved. Motion by Mr. Lowstuter., seconded by Mr. Cummins, that all bids for furnishing and I i delivering coal'for heating the Court House and Jail,, received and opened June 16., 1947, be rejected and the County Controller authorized to return the certified cheeks of the bidders. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that all County offices coming under the jurisdiction of the Commissioners be closed from 600 p.m. Thursday., July 3., 1947, until 9t00 a.m. Monday., July 7, 1947.
