Motion duly made and seconded that action be deferred on awarding of contract for
furnishing and installing said lighting fixtures. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time.. the meeting was

Joint meeting of County Commissioners and County Controller for the purpose of opening
bids for ballots and election supplies, also printing of Controllerxs Report, in accordance with
advertisement of the County Controller, those present being Commissioners Cummins and Pettit and
Deputy Controller Dentel.
In accordance therewith, the following joint bid of Monongahela Publishing Company and
Ward Printing Company, being the only one received, was opened and read;
Approximately 92,000 regular white official ballots:

Approximately 4,700 regular white official military, ballots
