Board of County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being
Mr. Cummins, Mr. Pettit and Mr. O*Neil.
Minutes Nos. 91 and 92 read and approved.
The following bids on four adding machines, title to which was vested in Washington
County by Order of the Court filed at No. M Fbbruary Term, 1945s Q. S., were opened and read:

I hereby submit my bid of 050.00 for the Victor Adding
Machine No. 273404.
WASHINGTON TYPEWRITER CO.
We - .The Washington Typewriter Co., Washington, Pa.,
Hereby bid on the 4 Victor Adding Machines a total
of $110.00 for the 4 Machines.
MONONGAHELA PUBLISHING COMPANY
Will you please consider the following prices as our
bid for the four Motor adding machines in your
.possession:
No. 284141 --- Six Bank --- 22.50
No. 293356 --- Six Bank --- 22.50
No. 280590 --- Six Bank --- 22,50
No. 273404 --- Six Bank --- 32.00

Motion duly made end seconded that the bid of Harry MoGruder, in the sum of 50.00,
for Adding Machine No. 273404, be accepted, it being the highest and best bid received for said
machine, Motion carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that the bid of Monongahela Publishing Company, in the sum
of 22.50 each, for Adding Machines Nos. 293356, 280590 and 284141, be accepted, it being the
highest and best bid received for said machines. Motion carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that the following Resolution be adopted:
WHEREAS, by Agreement dated , 1944, C. Edwin Hultman Company
did agree to restore certain record books on file in the 0ffice of the Recorder of
Deeds at the unit price of $59,65 per volume, as by reference thereto will appear; and
V,iHEREAS, by said Agreement the Recorder of Deeds was authorised and empowered
to have additional volumes repaired and restored at said unit price; and
WHEREAS, said Recorder of 'Deeds has certified to us the immediate necessity
for the repair and restoration of the following volumes, to wit:
Entry Book H-L
Deed Books volumes 362, 3760 371, 374, 375, 584. 402, 407, 408, 409, 410, 411,
412, 413, 4149 418, 419, 420, 421
! Plan Book I - Part 1
Plan Book 1 - Part 2
Plan Books 2, 3, 42 5, 6, 7
NOW, THEREFORE, the said C. Edwin Hultman Company is hereby authorised and empowered
to do and perform the said repair and restoration in accordance with the said Agreement of
the volumes set forth herein, at the price specified in said Agreement.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was
adjourned.
