Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Mr. Cummins,
Mr. Pettit and Mr. O"Neil,
Minute No, 104 read and approved.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to cancel tax
sale of January 23, 1940, to the County Commissioners, for 1928 School and Road Taxes liened
against property described as a one-story house and lot at Look +1, owned by John Horner,
said taxes having been paid in full, together with costs and interest, on February 28, 1932, as
certified by letter of Russell Stahlman, Solicitor for Thllowfield Township Supervisors and
Fallowfield Township School District.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time,, the meeting was
adjourned.
