John N. O;Neil, a former member of the Board of County Commissioners, having j resigned on July 14, 1945, and the Court on July 19, 1945, having appointed Henry J. Lowstuter, 4 ! of Charleroi, as his successor, he, the said Henry J. Lowstuter, having been duly qualified 1 j by taking the oath of office, presented himself and at once took his position as a member of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Washington, ! I ! Minute No. 109 read and approved,. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to cancel tax i i sale of April 3, 19", in the name of Mike iiisoroski, in Smith Toynship, on property described i f as "2 lots, 20 and 21 - Easton Plan", inasmuch as this was a duplication'eith assessment of Mike Wysocki, who is assessed with "House & lots - ' of 20 and 1 of 21 -- Easton Plan". 1 Motion carried. i ( i !
