O'NEIt, COMMISSIONERS NO. 124 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., October 19, 1945 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Mr. Cummins, Mr. Pettit and Xr. Lowstuter. i Minute No. 123 read and approved. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorised to cancel Tax Sale i of April 20 1945, in the name of Ben Klee Estate in the Second Ward of the Borough of Canonsburg, for delinquent 1939 county taxes against property described as "Lot Stewart Plan", the said lot f being assessed in error inasmuch as it is a duplication of Lot No. 1 Stewart Plan assessed to Harry Pshik, in the 3rd Ward of the Borough of Canonsburg. The .Assessment Records and County Treasurer's Dockets are to be corrected accordingly. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to abate penalty and interest on 19350 1936 and 1939 County Tax assessed against property of Louis Arotos, Nast I � Bethlehem Township, liened in the Frothonotary's Office at No. 1099 February Term, 1942, MD, j concurring in action of East Bethlehem Township Supervisors and School Board. � i Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that sale of April, 1945, for the non-payment of liened and delinquent taxes for the years 1932 to 1939, inclusive, covering property assessed in the name of Julius Frazee, Canton Township, be cancelled, inasmuch as it appears by Minute No. 98, dated July 15, 1940, that said taxes were directed to be cancelled by reason of their being duplicates and such action was not taken at the time directed. Lotion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the liened and delinquent taxes for the years 1940 to 1945, inclusive, against 8 acres of surface in Fhllowfield Township, in the Roth Plan, assessed to Joseph Roth, be cancelled, for the reason that the same are duplicate assessments with property of Susan M. Roth, being Lots 5 and 6 in said Plan. Motion carried, There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was adjourned.
