to Company H, loth Infantry, Pennsylvania Guard, said Company having presented a certified copy of
the Audit and Certification from the Adjutant General that such unit had passed the Annual
Inspection, in accordance with Pamphlet Laws of 1929, page 1333,, Section 412.
Motion carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that a refund be made to George B. Sprowls, Clayeville,
Pa., of the proportionate share of County Taxes paid in 1945 on a lot at 234 Main St., Claysville,
Pa., erroneously assessed at 41500*00 instead of $500.00.
Motion carried.
Motion duly made and seconded that the Chief Clerk be directed to notify, Warden Roupe,
by letter, that in the future the practice of washing cars on the premises of the County Jail
will not be permitted, effective immediately.
Motion carried.
Mere being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
was adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Mr. Cummins,
Mrs Pettit and Mr., Lowstuter.
Minute No. 132 read and approved.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to void Tax Lien
for 1940 County Taxes against property at 1013 Chess Street, in the City of Monongahela, assessed
for said yearinthe name of Joseph and Martha Renriok,, inasmuch as the same was a duplicate
assessment of property belonging to Stephen and Barbara Nagy, now owned by Ventura and Sara I
Paoleschi. I
Motion carried*
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was
adjourned*
