O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS d.ONONGAHELA PUBLISHING CO. _ NO. 79 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., February 9, 1945 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Mr. Cummins, Mr. Pettit and Mr. O*Neil. Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that Albert Mini.cucci be employed as Field Clerk in the Real Estate Department, replacing Samuel Gennaula, transferred to Washington County Institution District; said employment to be for the year 1945, effective 'February 1, 19450 and covering the period from that date until the first Monday in January, 1946, rlrith the proviso that he may be dismissed upon thirty days* notice. Motion unanimously carried. Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that Helen lkloon be employed as a i Registrar and Inspector of Registrations in the Registration Office for the year 1945, effective February 1, 1945, and covering the period from that date to the first Monday in January, 1946, j with the proviso that she may be dismissed upon thirty days* notice. Motion unanimously carried. Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that Donald C. Hallam be promoted to Assistant Chief Registrar andlIns ector of Registrations in the Registration Office for the I � p R g I� year 1945, effective February 1, 1945, and covering the period from that date to the first Monday in January, 1946, with the proviso that he may be dismissed upon thirty days' notice. Motion unanimously carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorised to abate penalty and interest on the 1939 County Tax assessed in Cecil Temmship against Panfilio Conoscinte, concurring in action of the Board of Supervisors under date of January 2, 1945, and of the I School District under date of December 4, 1944, Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was adjourned.
