Pettit, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that contract for said repair and restoration, in accordance with specifications and a list of volumes approved by the Prothonotary and Register of Wills, be awarded to C. Edwin Hultman Company upon their bid of $92.15 per volume for i the Prothonotary's Office and $56.25 per volume for the Register of Wills Office, theirs being s' the only bid received. I Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that bid of Austin N. Knestriok, being the only one re- ceived in accordance with advertisement of the County Controller for the furnishing and installing of fifteen fluorescent futures, in the sum. of $1495,00, be rejected, inasmuch as it is considered iexcessive. 1 I Motion carried, and the County Controller is instructed to return the certified check which accompanied the bid. ! Minute No. 98 read and approved. j Motion by fir. Pettit, seconded by Mr. OtNeil, that the County Controller be authorized to advertise for the replacement of approximately 1200 square feet of sidewalk and approximately 3 cubic yards of extra depth concrete under same around the Court House, in accordance with specifications to be furnished upon application at the office of the County Engineering Department.
