There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was adjourned. Minute No. 115 read and approved. Motion duly made and seconded that the offer of J. A. Irwin of Washington, Pa., in the sum of $500*00 for 1 Galion Trench Roller be accepted, in accordance with continuance of sale authorized by Minute No. 378, dated November 26, 1943, and that a Bill of Sale for the same be 1 properly executed.
