Board ofCounty Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Cummins and
Pettit.

Minute No. 5 was read and approved. i
Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the County Controller be authorized to
advertLsM for bids for Fleet Insurance for public liability, property damage, fire, theft and
collision coverage on truck and automobile equipment and road -building machinery owned and operated {
by Washington County; such bids to be received by the County Controller in his office in the Court
i
House, Washington, Pa., until 11:00 A. M., E.W.T., Monday, February ?, 1944, and opened immediately
thereafter in the Office of the County Commissioners; lists of present equipment and proposal
j blanks to be furnished upon application at the Office of the Chief Clerk to County Commissioners, I
Court House, Washington, Pa.; certified check in the amount of $100.00 to accompaxV each bid; and j
the right reserved to reject any or all bids. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was

Pettit and O'Neil.
Minute No. 6 was read and approved.
Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the plaza presented for the re -arrangement f
of the Sheriff's Office to provide space for the Coroner be adopted. Motion carried. s

adjourned.
