Cummins, Pettit and O'Neil. I Minute No. 11 was read and approved. s Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the County Treasurer be authorized ! to accept the 1935 County Tax liened in the Office of the Prothonotary against George W. Hoch, I in the Second Ward of the Borough of Canonsburg, without penalty and interest, such action being taken due to the fact that the lien did not carry sufficient description and gave rise to the r I possibility that such lien might be invalid for that reason. Motion carried. I There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was 4 adjourned until afternoon, to meet with the County Controller for the purpose of awarding contract for Fleet Insurance. Cummins, Pettit, and O'Neil, and County Controller Harvey Stuart. i The meeting was called for the purpose of awarding the contract for Fleet Insurance for I ! public liability, property damage, fire, theft and collision coverage on truck and automobile r j equipment and road -building machinery owned and operated by Washington County. # Accordingly, motion was made by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that the contract for said Fleet Insurance be awarded to J. M. Colaizzo Agency, Canonsburg, Pa*, at his bid of i $471*52, such policy to cover the period from February 18, 1944, to February 18, 1945*
