PET'TIT, J❑HN N.OINE1L, COMMISSIONEPS 21_ E Motion duly made and seconded that the following resolution be adopted. - BE IT RMLMO by the County Commissioners of Washington County that the plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State Highway Route 62138, between Stations 114/75 and 12V55.50, in Morris Township, have been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will not assume liability for any property damages resulting from the construction of the highway as contemplated by these plans, or any damages arising out of any changes or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the highways, or &4 damages resulting to any property or holdings of any Public Utility Company; or any and all damage resulting to any coal or other minerals in and underlying the property affected by this improvement. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was j adjourned. Mar. 10, 1944. ATTEST:u-�. Minutes Nos. 20 and 21 read and approved. Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Chief Clerk be authorized to place an order with The Addressograph-Multigraph Company for one 1995 flax and Registration Addresso- 'graph, for the sum of 1935#80, in accordance with the lax and Certificate of liar Production Board. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was jadjourned.
