O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS Motion duly made and seconded that the following Resolution be adopted: j BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of Washington County that the plans submitted by the Department of highways for the changing of State Highway Route 62135, between Stations 264.7150 and 276/00, in East Finley Township, have I been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will not assume ! liability for any property damages resulting from the construction of the highway as contemplated by these plans, or any damages arising out of any changes or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the j highways, or any damages resulting to any property or holdings of any Public I Utility Company; or any and all damage resulting to any coal or other minerals in and underlying the property affected by this improvement, i Motion carried. I There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting ! was adjourned. Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that Harry Richards be employed as N;Assistant Building Engineer, to replace Colin Swingle, now in military service, effective March 1, 1944, and covering the period from that date until the first Monday in January, 1945, with the ! v � proviso that he may be dismissed upon thirty days* notice.
