O'NEIL, COMMISSIONERS MONONGAHELA PUBLISHING CO. " I Streets, owned by Mrs. Anna Ribic". The former Polling Places in the above mentioned districts are no longer available, therefore, under the provisions of the Election Code of 1937, the County Board of Elections may, upon its own motion, without posting notice of hearing on the proposed change, take the necessary action to provide a suitable Polling Place in any district of the County., The rental for above polling places, for each Primary and Election, is hereby fixed as follows: I , Second Precinct, Second Ward, Canonsburg ........ *4 10.00 Third Precinct, Second Ward, Washington........... 10.00 Second Precinct, Donora ........................... 15.00 Motion carried. : There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was r adjourned. THE FOREGOING MINUTE READ AND APPROVED: APRIL 21, 1944. ATTEST: NO. 36 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., April 20, 1944. Board of County Commissioners in regular session, specially called, those present being Mr. Cummins and fair. Pettit. Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the following resolution be adopted: WHEREAS, Washington County is the owner of a Universal Truck Shovel, Motor No. 6BK373714, Serial No. T-FF4, for which it no longer has any use; and Wid REAS, Bnil Uzzo, of Washington, Pa., has offered the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) for the said shovel, this being the highest and best offer received therefor; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Commissioners accept the offer of the said &d l Uzzo, in the sum of Two Thousand ( 2,000.00) Dollars for the pur- chase of said Universal Truck Shovel belonging to Washington County, and issue a proper bill of sale therefor.
