(f I jBoard of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Mr. Cummins, Mr. Pettit and Mr. OtNeil. I - Minutes Nos. 54, 550 56, and 57 read and approved. Motion duly made and seconded that the sum of $200,00 be transferred from Account Noe 402 I to the Account of F. Leo Wright, Clerk of Courts, Nos, 120. Motion carried. i Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to approve the 1 following Delinquent Tax Exonerations made by the County Commissioners in the various Districts of Washington County for the year 1943: Real Estate ...................$ 243e41 I01-*cupations................... 370723.97 f Personal Property************* 2,040.58 j I Motion carried. i Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to abate penalty iand interest on 1931 and 1932 County flax assessed in Smith Township in the name of Martin Raven, concurring,in action of the Smith Twp. School Board under date of August 14, 1944, and Smith Township Road Supervisors under date of August 15, 1944, Motion carried. Motion dully made and seconded that the following Resolution be adopted: BE IT RESOL1IM by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that the plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State Hi"y Route 62175, Section S-1, from 'Station 227/71 to Station 249 90.64, in City of Monongahela and Carroll Township, Washing- ton County, have been examined and the County Commissioners agree that the County will not assume liability for any property damages resulting from the construction of the highway as contemplated these lane or � y P by plans, any damages arising out of any changes or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of the highways, or any damages resulting to any property or holdings of any Public Utility Company; or any and all damage resulting to any coal or other minerals in and underlying the property affected by this improvement. Motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that approval be given to Deed of Release and Quitclaim executed by Henry N. Bruce and Helen Bruce, Administrators of the Estate of Martha Bruce, deceased, under date of August 10, 1944, for the sum of $40.00, in connection with the changes in line and grade of a section of road in Buffalo Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, designated on the records of the Department of Highways as the junctions of State Route 1140 both old and new, and Legislative Route 62183.
