I i Lotion duly made•aud seconded that the following persons be named as clerks and super- visors to assist the County Board of Elections in canvassing votes cast by official military I ballots at the General Election held Nov. 7, 1944: We R. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorised to cancel Tax Sale I j held April 27, 1M, in the name of Nancy Hence, covering Lot No. 814 in the Gordon Plan, Canton Township, inasmuch as the taxes for which this lot was sold were a duplicate assessment of property owned by William Merritt. motion carried. Motion duly made and seconded that the sum of $24,269.51 be transferred from Account No. 402 to Account Noe, 601. Motion carried. there being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was adjourned. 011 Dec. 11,1j,9�44.
