Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the County Controller be authorized Ito advertise for bids for the furnishing and printing of 12,000 or more sets (3 to a set) of Official Military Ballot Envelopes, and Instructions to Voter in Military Service; such bids to i be received in the Office of the County Controller until 11 o'clock a.m., VfT, Friday, June 16, 11944, and opened immediately thereafter in the office of the County Commissioners; proposal blanks, together with samples of Envelopes and Instructions to Voter to be furnished upon application lat the office of the Chief Clerk to the County Cv, issioners; a certified check in the star of , , 1$100.00 to accompany each bid; and the right reserved to reject any or all bids.
