Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Mr. Cummins, Mr* Pettit and Mr. OtNeil, Minutes Nos* 59, 60 and 61 read and approved. Motion duly made and seconded that the rental for the polling place in the Third Precinct of Fallowfield Township, designated as "Basement of the home of Mrs. Wk. Marietta - Route 88 near North Charleroi", be increased to $15.00 for each Primary and each Election inasmuch as the rental previously paid was inadequate. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that approval be given to the request of Bell Telephone Company of Pennsylvania for a permit to construct 3" pipe conduit for the purpose of carrying telephone lines across County bridge in Cecil Township, over Millert's Run, on Township Road No. 708. Motion carried. Upon petition duly presented to the Board, the polling place in the first Precinct of the Borough of Donora is designated as "The Donora Junior High School at first Street". Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr* 01'Neil., that the Chief Clerk be authorised to place an order with The Addressograph-Multigraph Company for one 1995 Tax and Registration Addressograph, for use of the Commissioners' Tax Office, for the sum of $1935*80, in accordance with the law and Certificate of War Production Board, provision to be made for the payment of said sum out of the 1945 Budget. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting was adjourned.
