Pettit, that the salary of Lula Henry, Matron at the Juvenile Detention Home, be fixed at $75.00 per month for the year 1944, and that of May Osborne, Assistant Matron, be fixed at $65.00 per month for the year 1944, both to cover the period from the first Monday in January, 1944, to the first Monday in January, 1945.
