OINEIL, COMMISSIONERS NO. 12 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., June 22, 1945 The Salary Board of the County of Washington met in the office of the County Commissioners on Friday, June 22, 1945, with the following members present: County Commissioners Cummins, Pettit and OlNeil, and Deputy Controller Dentel. Motion by Mr. Cummins., seconded by Tar. Pettit., that the salary of David M. Rasel., Assistant Assessor., employed by the Board of Assessment and Revision of Taxes in connection with making the 1946 assessment of real estate in various districts of the county., be fixed at the rate of $7.50 per day for the actual number of days so employed, and that in addition to this, he be allowed mileage at the rate of 60 per mile for the necessary travel incidental to his duties as such Assistant Assessor. Motion carried, such action of the Board to become effective June 25, 1945. Motion by Mr. Cummins,, seconded by Mr. Pettit., that the salary of Hilda S. Grossman., employed as an extra clerk in the office of the Board of Assessment and Revision of Taxes, be i fixed at the rate of $5.50 per day., effective June 16, 1945. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit., that the salary of Assistants to the Official Return Boards for the year 1945 be fixed at the rate of $10.00 per day for the actual I number of days so employed. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time., the meeting was adjourned. NO. 13 Office of the County Commissioners Washington., Pa., August 20., 1945 The Salary Board of the County of Washington met in the office of the County Commission- ers on Monday, August 20, 1945. Those present were Commissioners Cummins, Pettit and Lowstuter, and County Controller Stuart. Motion by 11r. Cummins., seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the rate of pay for Mrs. Ruth i Malone., employed as extra help as Telephone Operator., be fixed at $5.0.0 per day for the actual number of days so employed., effective August 8., 1945.
