The Salary Board of the County of Washington met in the office of the County
i Commissioners on Monday, November 26., 1945, with the following members present:- Commissioners
Cummins., Pettit and Lowstuter., and Controller Stuart.
Sheriff Williams called into the meeting for the purpose of fixing the salary of
Matthew Lepovich.
Motion by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the salary of Matthew Lepovich.,
employed as Deputy in the Sheriff's Office., be fixed at 195.00 per month for the year 1945,
effective November 16, 1945, and covering the period from that date until the first Monday in
January., 1946, subject to an increase of $10.00 per month., payable in December., 1945, providing
receipts in the Sheriff's Office will warrant such an increase.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
was adjourned.

Prothonotary Robert Crawford called into the meeting for the purpose of fixing the salar�
of Edith Steffick.

1 employed as a Clerk in the Prothonotarylls Office., be fixed at $135.00 per month for the year 1945,
effective October 16, 1945, and covering the period from that date until the first Monday in
January., 1946.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
was adjourned.
